Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of witandheart.com and any purchase you make from WitAndHeart, a store operated by Trylonix Corp. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.

Our products

Our items are made to order (print-on-demand) and produced individually after you buy. Product images are representative mockups; because items are printed and produced on demand, slight variations in color, placement, and finish can occur and are normal.

Orders and pricing

• Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
• Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product or price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud.
• We aim to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting an order you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for the total shown, including tax and any shipping.

Shipping and delivery

Because items are made to order, delivery timeframes combine a production window plus shipping, and any dates shown are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

• Cancellations: because production begins soon after purchase, we can only cancel an order before it enters production. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
• Made-to-order items: as each item is produced specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
• Problems with your order: if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Nothing here limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws where you live.

Intellectual property

The site and its content — including designs, artwork, text, and logos — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may buy and use our products for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit our designs or content without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide.

Third-party services

We rely on third parties to operate the store — including Stripe (payments), Printful (production and shipping), and our hosting and email providers. Your use of their services through us may also be subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WitAndHeart will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
