Customer support

Email us at [email protected] for anything at all: order questions, a problem with something you received, returns and replacements, or a wholesale or press inquiry. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.

Have an order? Include your order number (it's in your confirmation email) so we can help faster.

What we can help with

• Order status & changes — items are made to order and ship from the USA; production plus shipping typically takes about 5–10 business days.
• Problems & returns — if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, we'll make it right within 30 days. See our returns policy.
• Anything else — questions about a design, a bulk order, or working with us.
